Here at The Portfolio Group we are working with an award winning, industry leading consultancy who are based in Hinckley. They are looking for a Sales Manager, ideally someone who has experience as a Sales Manager or someone who is a Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.
Day-to-day as a Sales Manager:
Coaching and training the telesales team
Interviews for the recruiting of new staff
Developing and managing CRM system for data and leads
Liaising with other departments such as the field based BDMs
Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Always seeking new ways for team improvement
What you bring to the team as a Sales Manager:
Experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead for a phone based sales role
Proven track record of coaching
Experience to build, manage and drive sales with a high performing team
What you get in return as a Sales Manager:
Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE OTE £60,000
