A successful and well-established Plant Hire company is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across the North East.

This is a key role for a proven plant hire professional who knows the market, understands customer needs, and thrives on winning new business.

The Role

* Drive new business development across the North East region

* Manage and grow relationships with existing customers

* Identify opportunities across construction, infrastructure and related sectors

* Represent the business in the local market, building brand presence and credibility

* Work closely with operations to ensure first-class service delivery

The Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience within the plant hire sector (essential)

* Based in the North East with strong regional knowledge

* A strong new business winner with a consistent track record

* Well-connected, with an existing network of industry contacts (highly desirable)

* Commercially astute, self-motivated and results-driven
