Sales Manager - Contact Centre
Location: Manchester
Salary: £34k - £38k basic + uncapped commission (OTE £65,000+)
Experience: 2 years + in sales management within a contact centre environment
This role had the support of an Assistant Sales Manager and Senior Sales Consultants to help with the day to day management of the team.

What We’re Looking For
* 2 + sales management experience within a contact centre
* Background in B2B or B2C consultative sales
* Strong coaching and leadership capability
* Commercially driven, resilient, and motivational
* Someone who has experience managing high volume teams of 10+
