Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets, creating a positive and high-performing sales culture

Driving sales strategy and execution, balancing hands-on involvement with a clear focus on long-term growth

Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and identifying new commercial opportunities

Monitoring performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts, using insight and data to inform decisions and improve results

Working closely with other teams to ensure a joined-up approach to customer experience and business growth

Experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role, with a track record of delivering results
