Iβm recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a fast growing B2B business based in Durham, leading a team of Account Managers responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, developing people and being heavily involved in the day-to-day performance of a sales team.
The team focus on managing newly onboarded customers, retaining accounts at renewal stage, resigning contracts and maximising customer spend across the account base. Itβs a role that sits right in the middle of leadership, commercial awareness and relationship management.
Youβll be leading from the front, helping the team improve retention, increase revenue and create long-term customer partnerships.
The Role
π΄ Managing, coaching and developing a team of Account Managers (no more than 8)
π Driving retention, renewals and account growth performance across the team (you will manage be responsible for your team achieving a monthly gp target)
π§ Running regular 1-2-1s, coaching sessions and performance reviews
π Supporting the team with commercial conversations and larger opportunities when needed
