Clover Talent are partnered with a growing commercial finance business looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for somebody who knows how to motivate a team, improve performance and drive results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Commercial finance experience is beneficial, but not essential, strong sales leaders from other sectors will also be considered.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the sales team, improving processes and helping drive revenue growth as the business continues to scale.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in developing team performance, reporting on KPIs and building a high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
* Run daily sales meetings and pipeline reviews
* Monitor KPIs, activity and conversion performance
* Coach and develop team members
* Improve sales processes and CRM discipline
* Produce regular sales reports
* Support with complex or high-value deals
* Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sales management or team leadership
* Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting and sales performance
* Experience managing pipelines and improving conversions
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Commercially driven and highly organised
* Commercial finance, lending or asset finance experience
* CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
* Experience growing or scaling sales teams
