Whether you’ve worked as a Car Sales Executive or Vehicle Sales Advisor, or similar motor trade sales role, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a forward-thinking dealer group.
Salary: £45,000 Plus Bonus OTE £65,000 Plus Company Car
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
* Putting the customer at the heart of every interaction, creating loyalty and repeat business
* Exceeding sales targets by delivering an exceptional showroom and digital sales experience
* Using the CRM proactively to follow up leads, maximise every opportunity and grow your customer base
* Achieving strong profitability across vehicles, accessories and value-added products
* Keeping up to date with product knowledge, promotions, finance compliance and brand standards
* Progress-chasing sold orders to ensure delivery deadlines are met
* Working closely with your sales team and managers to deliver a high-performing showroom
What we’re looking for
* Experience as a Sales Executive / Car Sales Advisor or similar role (automotive preferred)
* A strong, self-motivated salesperson who loves the buzz of closing deals
* Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
* Confident, organised and proactive in managing your sales pipeline
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Passionate about hitting — and beating — targets
