We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Prague sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, mentoring team leaders, and making strategic decisions to meet and exceed business targets. We seek a dynamic leader who is decisive, adaptable, and not afraid to make tough choices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage call centre sales operations, ensuring efficiency and performance
* Set and execute sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, growing active policies, and increasing premium income
* Implement new incentive schemes to boost performance
* Control departmental costs while maintaining high productivity
* Support, encourage, and coach team leaders on a daily and monthly basis
* Identify and address training needs, ensuring employee development aligns with company goals
* Recruit and select top talent, proactively growing and strengthening the team
What We Expect From You:

* Proven ability to analyse data, predict trends, and drive sales growth
* Resilient and solution-oriented - you thrive under pressure and adapt quickly
* Experience managing a telesales team, implementing sales strategies, and driving change
* Knowledge of life insurance sales is a plus
* Czech or Slovak language skills are preferred but not essential

* Willingness and availability to travel frequently to the Prague branch
