What You'll Be Doing
Build and leada high-performing telesales team from the ground up
Drive activity, quality and appointment conversion
Coach, develop and push your team to exceed targets
Own CRM performance and pipeline quality
Work closely with field sales to maximise opportunities
Introduce incentives, competitions and ideas to keep energy high
Deliver performance insights and influence senior leadership
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing a telesales / contact centre team
Strong track record of driving results in a target-driven environment
A hands-on leaderwho leads from the front
Commercially focused with a consultative mindset
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
