An established UK manufacturing business is entering an ambitious growth phase following recent investment and is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead its commercial function.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of sales strategy, develop OEM and distributor partnerships, and lead a small, capable sales team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, with genuine autonomy to shape the sales function and deliver meaningful growth.
What you’ll do
* Own and execute the sales strategy, with a strong focus on OEM development
* Lead, coach and motivate a small sales team
* Manage key OEM, distributor and strategic customer relationships
* Drive revenue growth, margin and CRM-led sales discipline
* Identify new markets, opportunities and routes to growth
* Represent the business with customers, partners and at industry events

* Strong B2B sales background, ideally with OEM experience
* Proven ability to build and execute sales strategies
