In 2026, we open the 20,000 sq. ft. Trade Mastermind University Headquarters — the first dedicated university for trades, featuring a 300-person event arena, podcast studios, and Cambridgeshire’s first rooftop bar inside a business premises.
We are now hiring a high-performance Telesales Manager to take ownership of an existing telesales team, strengthen its performance, and expand it into a high-output, event-driving sales unit.
This role is central to the commercial engine of the business — driving Discovery Day bookings, increasing attendance, and feeding the top of the funnel for all Trade Mastermind education programs.
THE ROLE
You will lead, manage and grow an existing outbound telesales team responsible for selling places on:

Business training events
Introductory small-ticket programs
Your mission:
Increase volumes, improve attendance rates, and maximise revenue generated from events.
You will refine current systems, introduce stronger KPIs, hire additional team members, create training frameworks, and build a high-energy telesales culture.
This is a leadership role for someone who loves driving activity, conversions, and daily performance.
