To be successful in this role you will have;

* A proven track record in automotive sales either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive.

* Good business and commercial understanding.

* A positive and forward thinking work ethic.

* The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team.

* A proactive and organised approach.

* Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.

You duties will include;

* Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.

* Effectively motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets.

* Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.

* EMG Sales Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
