This isn't a typical high-volume cold calling sales role.
You'll be speaking with people who have already shown interest and made the first move. Your role is to build relationships, understand their goals and help guide them towards the right solution.
What you'll be doing:
* Speaking with warm, pre-qualified leads
* Building rapport and understanding customer needs
* Following a proven sales process
* Handling objections and confidently closing opportunities
* Working towards targets in a supportive and energetic environment
Essential:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident speaking with people over the phone
* Self-motivated and target driven attitude
* Resilient with a positive mindset
* Own transport due to office location
Desirable:
* Previous experience within sales
* Recruitment experience
* Customer service or account management background
* Hospitality, retail, events or training experience
* Experience working towards KPIs or targets
