We're recruiting a Business Development Specialist (Business‑Level Italian Speaker) to join a fast‑growing, ambitious sales team within a globally recognised travel and experiences brand. You'll be working at the heart of an evolving sales organisation, influencing strategy while delivering outstanding results.

What you'll be doing

Making high‑volume outbound sales calls in Italian to engage potential business clients
Testing, refining and improving sales pitches and approaches
Feeding back on what resonates with Italian‑speaking markets to shape sales strategy
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams
Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records in Salesforce
Contributing creative ideas to improve sales initiatives
Adapting quickly in a fast‑moving, changeable environmentWhat we're looking for

Business‑level fluency in Italian (spoken and written) - essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in inside sales or a similar role
A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Confidence with frequent outbound calling and strong time‑management skills
Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
