You’ll join a high-performance sales team responsible for identifying, winning and expanding relationships with SME and large-scale developers. This is a consultative role requiring strong commercial awareness, confidence in discussing technical insurance solutions, and a focus on long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through targeted outreach and proactive networking - this is a true sales executive role, outbound targets are tough but rewards are reflective.

* Qualify prospects and understand project needs, build-cost profiles and risk landscapes

* Present AHCI warranty solutions and value proposition clearly and persuasively

* Manage relationships throughout the sales cycle — initial enquiry to policy inception

* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting

* Attend industry events, site meetings and client presentations across the Midlands

* Support strategic growth in the region by identifying market opportunities

What We’re Looking For

* Proven success in B2B sales — ideally construction insurance, property finance or related built-environment sectors - but flexible for the right personality

* Ability to build trust with developers, contractors and professional advisers

* Strong negotiation and closing skills

* Self-motivated, ambitious and resilient in a target-driven environment

* Excellent communication and commercial acumen

Preferred but not essential

* Experience in structural warranties, latent defects insurance, or construction risk

* Existing network of developer or broker relationships in the Midlands region

Rewards & Progression

* Basic Salary: £25,000 – £50,000 (experience-based)

* Commission: Achievable OTE 2x basic salary, completely uncapped

* Ongoing training, industry qualifications and clear pathway to Senior Sales / Regional Management
