My well-established client with extensive experience in Storage and Delivery are looking to recruit for a driven and commercially focused Sales Executive due to growth and expansion. You will be responsible for selling Warehouse and Haulage services throughout the Midlands.

This is a results-driven role suited to a confident salesperson with experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing.

Key Skills:-

* Identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and maximising warehouse occupancy by selling pallet spaces to manufacturers, distributors, importers, and retailers.

* Selling to new and existing customers, maximising warehouse utilisation and pallet occupancy levels

* Proactively generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals

* Identify customers with short-term and long-term storage requirements

* Preparing and negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements

* Upselling services offered by the wider group

* Customer Relationship Management

* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

* Knowledge of customer supply chain and storage needs

* Act as the main point of contact from enquiry through onboarding

* Work closely with warehouse and Haulage operations to ensure smooth service delivery

* Monitor local market conditions, competitors, and pricing trends

* Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts

* Provide regular sales activity and performance reports

Key Skills:-

* Proven B2B sales experience (logistics, warehousing, transport, or industrial services preferred) / experience selling pallet storage or warehouse space

* Excellent negotiation and closing skills

* Confident communicator with a professional manner

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused

* Ability to understand warehouse capacity and commercial pricing models

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong commercial awareness

* Excellent relationship-building skills

* Resilient and comfortable with cold outreach

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (with flexibility to support operational requirements)
