The Security Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships for CCTV and security solutions. This office-based position will or identify prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term customers across commercial and residential sectors. The role will report to the Commercial Director.

Monday to Friday

9am - 5pm

Location is based in LS1 but hybrid working can be an option.

£35,000 per annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for CCTV systems alongside our full portfolio of security solutions.

* Proactively generate leads using lead generation platforms, outbound prospecting, and networking

* Strengthen and maintain relationships with current clients.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new clients

* Manage and maintain sales activity using the company CRM system

* Qualify incoming enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities

* Arrange site visits and meetings with potential clients where required

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects

* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI’s

* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting

* Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings within the security industry

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Proven sales experience within the security industry (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, manned guarding or related systems)

* Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and client interactions

* Experience using lead generation platforms (e.g., Barbour ABI, Lusha, etc.)

* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business

DESIREABLE SKILLS

* Knowledge of commercial security installations and CCTV systems

* Experience selling B2B security solutions

* Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

* Strong organisational and time management skills
