Sales Executive – B2B Telesales
An established, fast-growing business is looking for a confident, target-driven telesales professional to join its commercial team.
This role is 100% sales. You’ll spend your day on the phone with decision-makers at businesses across the area. You’ll open conversations, build interest and book quality appointments. If you love the phone, aren’t fazed by “no”, and get a buzz from hitting targets, this is for you.
What you’ll be doing
Making high volumes of outbound B2B calls to new and lapsed businesses
Building rapport and lasting relationships with potential clients and new contacts
Turning cold calls into warm leads and filling the diary with face-to-face and video appointments
Getting out from behind the desk to meet prospects in person, and jumping on video calls to move conversations forward
Researching prospects and keeping a tidy pipeline on the CRM
Following up leads quickly and persistently
What we’re looking for
A natural, confident phone manner, so you can hold a real conversation and not just read a script
Resilience, drive and a competitive streak
No industry background needed, because full product training is provided
What’s on offer
£30,000–£32,000 basic salary, depending on experience, with an uncapped bonus based on results
Monday–Friday, with no weekends
