An established and growing fire & security services provider is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a busy pipeline, and is confident converting warm leads into revenue.

You’ll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, and developing long-standing client relationships across service contracts, PPMs and small works. This role offers autonomy, progression opportunities, and support from a knowledgeable leadership team.

The role:

Managing and converting inbound client enquiries, ensuring fast turnaround and excellent customer service.

*

Preparing quotations for PPMs, service contracts, and small works (with rates and estimating support provided).

*

Nurturing and expanding relationships with an existing client base, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

*

Following up on automated and warm leads to secure quick wins.

*

Collaborating with senior leadership and the wider sales team to prioritise opportunities and maximise revenue.

*

Updating internal CRM systems with accurate pipeline and activity information.

*

Representing the business professionally during calls, virtual meetings, and occasional customer visits.

*

Working towards and achieving individual revenue and conversion targets.

About you:

*

At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales role, ideally with exposure to both inbound and outbound activity.

*

Strong telephone skills and the confidence to build rapport quickly.

*

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work autonomously.

*

Experience in fire & security or M&E is highly desirable (exposure to fire dampers, AOVs or fire curtains is an advantage).

*

Comfortable managing a high volume of enquiries and converting warm opportunities consistently.

*

Organised, commercially sharp, and resilient with a strong drive to hit targets.

£35,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience
