We require a sales and development executive to join or sales team.
They will be a crucial link between BDMs, and our customer service team.
Ideally candidates will have business they can bring with them.
We would be looking at a salary of £30k - £37.5k depending on experience.
Commission is paid at 10% of gross profit for new customers and 5% of gross profit for customers secured as a result of information secured from our team.
These would reduce to 5% and 2.5% respectively after 12 months but would continue for as long as the candidate continues to work for us.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in freight sales (sea, air, and road) within a freight forwarding environment.
* A proven track record in sales and business development.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the global freight industry.
* Exceptional negotiation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
