The Opportunity
As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience while driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations
Building rapport with high-net-worth and discerning customers
Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and boutique standards
Processing transactions accurately and professionally
Supporting stock management and inventory control
Assisting with exclusive tastings, events and promotional initiatives
Staying informed on industry trends and new product releasesYou will work closely with senior store leadership to uphold the boutique’s premium reputation.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality
Strong knowledge of fine wine, whisky and spirits
WSET Level 2+ (Wine and/or Spirits) highly desirable
A confident, polished and personable approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysExperience within a luxury hotel bar, high-end hospitality venue, or as a Sommelier would be particularly advantageous.

Package

£31K–£33K base salary
KPI-based bonus structure
40-hour contract
Exposure to high-value, collectable and investment-grade spirits
Excellent career development potentialStore trading hours (subject to change):
Mon–Wed: 11am–8pm
Thu–Sat: 11am–9pm
Sun: 11am–6pm
