Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Remote Sales Executive to contact care homes and nursing homes, introduce our staffing services, and secure new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to care homes and nursing homes to introduce our services

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Arrange meetings or discussions with decision-makers

*

Promote our staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements

*

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes

*

Work towards agreed sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements

*

Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (healthcare sector preferred)

*

Confident communicator with strong telephone skills

*

Ability to build relationships and generate new business

*

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role

Organised with good record-keeping skills

Target-driven and results-focused
