We're looking for an experienced Trade Sales Director to lead a national sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships across the UK travel trade. This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll shape sales strategy, develop key partnerships, and represent leading travel brands at industry events and conferences.
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Build and strengthen relationships with travel agents, consortia, and key industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
Oversee sales performance, budgets, promotional campaigns, and commercial agreements.
Act as a visible industry ambassador, representing the business across the travel sector.
What We're Looking For
Established sales leadership experience gained within the tour operating and/or cruise sectors.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of the UK travel trade and distribution landscape.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-focused approach.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally.
