Salary: €40k-€50k base + €15k-€20k OTE

The Role
As an SDR, you'll focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, working closely with Account Executives to create high-quality sales opportunities.
Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Identify decision-makers and build a strong pipeline
Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
Work towards achievable monthly targets (5-10 meetings)
Learn and position AI-driven solutions to customersWhat We're Looking For
Fluent German (essential) and strong English
Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
Resilient, motivated, and interested in a career in sales
Comfortable with outbound activity and engaging new peopleExperience is flexible - open to graduates, junior SDRs, or candidates from customer-facing roles such as retail or call centres.
