This role will need for you to use your customer service and upselling skills! You will be speaking with customers who want to send large quantities of goods overseas. There are roughly 1500 new enquires sent through to this team every month!!! You will be speaking with these customers about the quote they've received, upsell them currency exchange and insurance and manage their expectations.
