Location: Newbury
Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE £50,000–£55,000
Hours: Monday – Saturday (day off in the week)
The Opportunity
We are working with a busy and well-established dealership in Newbury seeking an experienced Sales Controller to support the Sales Manager in driving performance and profitability across the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive ready to step up, or an existing Sales Controller looking for a fresh challenge.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Sales Manager with daily running of the sales department
*
Driving team performance and ensuring targets are achieved
*
Second-facing customers and closing deals
*
Managing stock, pricing and vehicle preparation
*
Ensuring F&I opportunities are maximised
*
Monitoring KPIs including profit per unit, conversion rates and finance penetration
*
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance
The Ideal Candidate
*
Previous experience as a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Controller
*
Strong closing and negotiation skills
*
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
*
Commercially driven with strong leadership qualities
