Our client, a leading organisation within the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a skilled Sales/Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team based in the UAE. This permanent role offers the chance to engage in complex sales initiatives, focusing on C4i, EW, and Secure Communications across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the Defence & Security sector
Managing and nurturing key accounts in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE
Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in C4i, EW, and Secure Communications solutions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with government and defence organisations
Leading negotiations and closing complex sales deals
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively
Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress
Attending industry events and conferences to promote business offerings and stay abreast of market developments
Job Requirements:
Experience in business development or sales within the Defence & Security sector
Proven track record of managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets
Understanding of C4i, EW, and Secure Communications systems
Strong knowledge of the defence markets in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business development
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
