Location: Farm-based role near OX15, Oxfordshire

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative rural business, with impressive year-on-year growth, they are now seeking a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support and drive continued success.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position responsible for:
* Overseeing the sales office and ensuring smooth order fulfilment (100+ parcels/day)
* Managing stock control, invoicing, and financial administration (VAT, wages, Xero reporting)
* Tracking sales performance using KPIs and analytics
* Leading digital marketing activity including SEO, social media, content and email campaigns
* Enhancing customer experience and managing online reputation
* Conducting market research and competitor monitoring
* Supporting brand development, events and trade activities
About You
You will bring:
* Excellent communication, organisation and creative skills
* Experience across digital marketing, social media and website/CMS management
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon) desirable
* Confidence using CRM, Mailchimp and Meta tools
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* A genuine interest in animals, countryside lifestyles and rural business
