Sales & Marketing Exec / Manager, Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
We are working with a leading full-service marketing agency to find a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and growth.

The Opportunity
You will play a key role in shaping how the agency attracts, converts, and grows its client base. Working closely with leadership and delivery teams, you will bring a holistic, strategic approach to both sales and marketing, ensuring efforts are aligned, intentional, and effective.
This role would suit someone who enjoys connecting the dots between brand, marketing activity, and commercial outcomes.
Your role will involve
* Developing and executing integrated sales & marketing strategies to drive growth
* Identifying and nurturing high-quality opportunities, rather than high-volume outreach
* Collaborating with internal teams to refine positioning, messaging, and proposition
* Overseeing marketing activity (campaigns, content, digital channels) to improve conversion
* Managing and optimising the client journey from first touch to signed business
* Using insight and data to continuously improve performance and ROI
* Building strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
We are looking for
* A commercially aware marketer or strategically minded salesperson
* Someone who is switched on, proactive, and ideas-driven
* Experience in a marketing, agency, or professional services environment
* Strong understanding of how marketing drives pipeline and conversion
* Confident communicator, able to engage at different levels
* Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
