An established and growing business is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support its sales function while assisting with the delivery of marketing activity. This is a varied, hands-on role combining internal sales support, lead generation, quotation tracking and brand awareness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Work towards individual sales and activity targets
Build, manage and maintain client and prospect databases
Identify suitable opportunities using lead generation and tender platforms
Prepare and issue quotations and samples
Update and track quotations using a CRM system
Proactively follow up quotations via phone and email
Liaise closely with suppliers to build strong working relationships
Identify potential commercial and financial opportunities
Marketing Support
Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns
Support content creation including brochures, case studies, emails and social media
Update and maintain website content
Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Track and report on marketing activity where required
General Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners
Uphold company values, culture and professional standards
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Provide wider business support as needed
Skills & Experience Required
Recent experience in an internal sales or sales & marketing role
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
Confident and professional communicator
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise workload
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Marketing or content experience beneficial but not essential
