A growing industrial chemical business is looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator to join its team in Spring, Texas.

This is a varied position combining customer-focused inside sales with hands-on inventory coordination and warehouse stock control. It would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, thrives on accuracy, and can think independently in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be supporting B2B customers, processing orders, managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations between production, warehouse, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, and applications
Produce accurate quotations and product information
Follow up on quotations and support the sales process through to completion
Process purchase orders and track deliveries
Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
Build strong relationships with industrial customers and distributors
Monitor and manage inventory levels at a remote warehouse facility
Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment requests
Carry out inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies
Work closely with logistics and third-party warehouse providers
Ensure proper monitoring of chemical batch shelf-life and stock rotation

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within inside sales, account coordination, inventory control, or warehouse administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills over phone and email
Good mathematical accuracy and problem-solving ability
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Desirable Experience

Chemical manufacturing or industrial distribution background
Experience working with remote warehouses or 3PL providers
Understanding of logistics and shipping coordination
Knowledge of chemical safety procedures or HAZMAT regulations
