Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Administrator

Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester
Hours: Part-time – 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, has strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Process sales orders from suppliers and maintain accurate records.

* Manage contract renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

* Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after job completion.

* Prepare and issue quotes and proposals for customers.

* Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.

* Handle general office administration and record keeping.

* Coordinate and schedule appointments with both existing and potential clients.

* Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.

* Support the wider team with sales and service coordination tasks.

Skills & Experience

* Strong interest and knowledge of IT and computers – essential.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Confident and professional telephone manner.

* Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

* Competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Experience in customer service, sales administration, or IT support is advantageous.

* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
