Sales & Marketing Support Executive
Cradley Heath
up to £26,550 (DOE)
40 hours per week
Our well-established and industry leading client is looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join their team. This role will support the Sales and Marketing Director and wider team in delivering a high quality service to customers, while assisting with sales processes and marketing activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales support, administration, or customer service who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting account management and delivering excellent customer service
* Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
* Following up on sales enquiries and supporting lead generation
* Processing sales orders, quotations, and invoicing
* Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems
* Liaising with customers to provide updates on orders and deliveries
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Assisting with marketing campaigns, including social media activity
* Supporting the wider sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Carrying out general administrative duties (calls, emails, documentation)
* Assisting with export documentation, purchase orders, and commercial invoices
* Supporting internal teams such as despatch when required
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (MO365) and CRM systems
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Desirable:
* Experience in a sales or marketing role
* Experience supporting marketing campaigns or using social media
* Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or IT (e.g. ECDL)
Personal Attributes
* Confident, driven, and enthusiastic
* Friendly and approachable manner
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently
* High attention to detail
* Positive, “can-do” attitude
Additional Information
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are required
* Flexibility is required to support other departments when needed
