* Create engaging, current social media content on a daily basis

* Develop and share before-and-after imagery of completed jobs

* Communicate waste-stream–specific knowledge regularly across social platforms

* Create and publish videos, images, reels, and short-form content

* Actively work social media algorithms to maximise reach, engagement, and lead generation

Marketing & Advertising Campaigns

* Develop and implement marketing campaigns for existing customers

* Create and manage advertising campaigns targeting new leads across all digital platforms

Sales & Lead Generation

* Develop and implement sales campaigns to capture, track, and convert customers

* Conduct outgoing customer calls and cold calls to promote products and services

* Follow up on previous contacts via phone to build long-term customer and supplier relationships

* Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential leads, conducting follow-up sales pitches

* Support sales colleagues by arranging meetings and coordinating sales calls

Customer Communication & Administration

* Respond to customer enquiries, correspondence, and feedback

* Handle incoming office calls, addressing customer and supplier questions professionally

* Accurately enter and maintain customer and supplier information for billing and mailing purposes

* Continually expand the customer and supplier database, identifying new opportunities and contacts
