Aspire Recruitment Consultants Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bexley-based estate agency for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
Working hours:
* Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
* Weekdays: 8:45am – 6:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key duties include:
* Registering applicants and conducting viewings
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales & lettings
* Building strong client relationships
* Updating CRM systems and property portals
About you:
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Estate agency experience preferred but not essential
* Full UK driving licence advantageous
