We're recruiting for a fluent Spanish and English speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience who enjoys speaking with customers, achieving targets and earning uncapped commission.
The Role
Convert inbound enquiries into bookings
Recommend suitable products and services
Upsell additional options to maximise revenue
Manage booking amendments and customer queries
Follow up leads and maintain accurate records
About You
Fluent in Spanish and English (essential)
Previous sales or customer service experience
Confident communicator with strong closing skills
Target-driven and customer focused
Travel or hospitality experience is an advantage
