Competitive salarySearch has partnered with a growing serviced apartment operator in West London to appoint a Sales & Reservations Manager.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, strengthening relationships with agents and corporate partners, and driving occupancy and revenue across a portfolio of short-stay apartments.

The position would suit someone organised, proactive and commercially minded, with a strong focus on follow-up and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with OTAs, relocation agents and corporate travel bookers
Proactively contact prospective and previous guests to secure bookings (phone, email, WhatsApp)
Ensure all inbound enquiries are tracked, followed up and converted where possible
Work closely with marketing to support campaigns that drive bookings and repeat stays
Maintain accurate booking information and correct channel categorisation
Review and optimise online listings across major booking platforms
Collaborate with revenue and guest services teams to maximise pricing, availability and minimum stay strategy
Support B2B outreach including newsletters, LinkedIn activity and apartment viewings
Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline activity and market trendsCandidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales or reservations role (hospitality or serviced apartments preferred)
Proven ability to achieve revenue targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience using RMS or similar property management systems
Highly organised with strong attention to detailCompetitive salary plus commission, with clear opportunity for progression within a growing business.
