We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Aftercare Manager to lead customer experience, after-sales revenue growth, and service contract development within A Product Support function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and growing service-based revenue streams.

About the Role As the Sales & Aftercare Manager, you will take ownership of service contracts, post-delivery support, spares and repairs coordination, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Install & Service teams to ensure customers receive seamless support from installation through the life of their products.

This is a key leadership position involving both hands-on management and strategic responsibility.

What you’ll do
Look after our service contracts and grow them with new and existing customers.
Create quotes, process orders, and make sure everything runs to plan.
Coordinate spares and repairs, keeping customers updated along the way.
Work with teams across the business to ensure installations, aftercare, and support run seamlessly.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Support and guide the Product Support team to deliver great service.What you’ll bring
Experience in after-sales, service contracts, or technical customer support.
A friendly, confident approach to building customer relationships.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
The ability to work closely with different teams and keep everyone aligned.
A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
