Sales Advisor – Remote
Location: Remote, UK
Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday between 8.15am and 5.45pm

A fast-growing consumer services company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join their remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience to work in a high-energy, customer-focused environment and develop their skills in both new customer acquisition and customer retention.
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from potential and existing customers. You will play a key role in helping customers access services, retain their accounts, or upgrade their products, while meeting individual and team targets.
What You Will Do
* Handle inbound calls from potential customers enquiring about services and looking to join
* Manage calls from existing customers looking to add services or retain their accounts
* Meet call handling KPIs, including a minimum number of calls per hour and adherence to schedules
* Achieve sales and retention targets on a daily and weekly basis
* Follow up on outstanding tasks and call-backs efficiently
* Attend training, upskilling sessions, and team huddles to stay aligned and informed
What You Bring
* Minimum of 1 year sales experience, ideally in a call centre or customer service environment
* Resilient, persuasive, and target-driven
* A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong motivation to improve
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
What Would Make You Stand Out
* Experience in both new customer acquisition and retention
* Familiarity with CRM systems or telephony software
* Previous experience meeting strict call and sales targets
