Sales Advisor – Chelmsford £13.50 per hour + uncapped bonus (typically up to £300 per month) 30 hours per week – Thurs to Sun

What you’ll be doing
* Delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for every customer
* Selling premium fitness equipment in person, over the phone and via Live Chat
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
* Demonstrating equipment and explaining product features and apps
* Working 30 hours per week (Thurs–Sun, including Bank Holidays), with overtime available to cover holidays and sickness
What you’ll bring
* A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
* Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and numeracy skills
* The ability to upsell, cross‑sell and guide customers through the full sales journey
* Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
* A genuine interest in fitness and helping people choose the right equipment
