£26,000 - £30,000 Per annum + generous commission scheme and Quartly bonus scheme

OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 in first year

A National and Customer focused Housing Developer are looking for a sales advisor for a traditional new build site in Coventry.

Job Duties:

Manage the sales office and process for all customers for the development
Offer progression opportunities within the business

Required Qualifications:

Driving Licence
New build homes sales experience
Sales Negotiation skills

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in new build housing sales 

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills
Sales negotiation
Knowledge of new homes 

Working Conditions:

Site office based
