We are looking for an organised and detail oriented Sales Administrator to join our clients friendly and supportive team based in Paisley. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a positive working environment where your contribution is valued and opportunities to develop are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and marking up customer orders accurately
Checking orders to ensure all information is correct
Handling customer telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
Managing and responding to emails through the sales channel
Printing orders, invoices, and other sales documentation
Data entry and maintenance of customer and order records
Providing general administrative support to the sales team
Assisting with a variety of ad hoc administrative duties as required
About You
Previous administration experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling customer calls and email correspondence
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident using computer systems and carrying out data entry work
A proactive and positive approach to work
