The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. If you feel you meet the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response.

The Job you will be doing;

* To increase the profitability and effectiveness of the company by providing high quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department

* Process orders received via email or telephone

* Check data accuracy in orders

* Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer questions

* Liaise with the warehouse supervisor and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries

* Communicate important feedback from customers internally

* Create accurate QR14 job sheets per the company procedures

* Maintain and update the delivery schedules per the company procedures

* Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems

* Monitor, distribute and action incoming emails to the company email address

* Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations

* Carry out any reasonable management request / operation that you are qualified to achieve safely

* Able to work Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 17:00 Friday 8:30 – 16:30

About You;

* Proven experience as a sales administrator

* Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office

* Understanding of sales performance metrics

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

* A team player with high level dedication

* Ability to work under strict deadlines
