We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a reputable automotive dealership in Newbury, Berkshire. The Sales Administrator role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to develop their career within a well-established automotive group. This position is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience and a keen interest in the motor trade.

Monday to Friday, 40-hour week, with no weekend work

Support the sales and finance teams with daily administrative tasks related to vehicle sales
Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and organise new registrations and taxation
Liaise with the workshop team to ensure pre-sale work is completed on time
Prepare customer handover files and process sales invoices
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in full compliance with company standards
Assist in managing the sales process behind the scenes to ensure a seamless customer experience, acting as a key part of the Sales Administrator roleRequirements:
Previous administrative experience; automotive background is advantageous but not essential
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel; Kerridge experience is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical working style
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Excellent communication skills across departments, supporting the Sales Administrator’s function
