Opportunity to work with one of the world's leading automotive brandsDuties of the Sales Administrator:
Process new and used vehicle sales from order through to delivery
Register vehicles and prepare DVLA documentation accurately
Manage vehicle funding and invoicing procedures
Liaise effectively with manufacturers, finance companies, and internal departments
Order vehicles and monitor stock levels to ensure availability
Maintain accurate records and update dealership systems consistently
Prepare customer handover packs to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
Follow all compliance and manufacturer guidelines diligently
Support sales management with various administrative tasks
Deliver exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentRequirements of the Sales Administrator:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong administration and IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player
Previous Dealership Sales Administrator experience is preferred but not essential
