An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy and professional automotive business with multiple sites across Essex.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives as part of a supportive team. This role has the benefit of monthly bonuses based on compliance. Salary is paid are a OTE of £29,000 per annum with a lower basic and extra bonus.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing invoices and processing vehicle documentation

* Bringing vehicles into stock systems

* Preparing and maintaining customer files

* Scanning and organising documents

* Liaising with Sales Consultants and internal departments

* Handling incoming calls and enquiries

* Data processing and general administration duties

* Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc office tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous administration experience is essential

* Previous sales administration experience would be highly advantageous

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work both independently and within a team

* Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Working Hours, Pay & Benefits

* Salary paid as minimum wage, with bonuses on top. OTE of the rest of the team is £29,000 per annum. – this will be the same.

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
