Hours: Day shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Pertemps Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to support our client in their sales and customer service functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and previous administrative experience within a sales or office-based environment.

Typical duties may include:

Providing administrative support to the sales team

Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry

Preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation

Liaising with customers to respond to queries and provide order updates

Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems

Supporting general office administration and reporting task

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role

Strong communication and organisational skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
