Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support a growing sales team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, managing administrative processes, and providing excellent service to both clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, the role will include supporting basic solar system design work, producing simple layouts and indicative proposals (full training will be provided). This is a great opportunity to develop new technical skills within a growing renewable energy market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
· Provide administrative support to the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle
· Prepare and process finance applications accurately and efficiently
· Maintain and update CRM systems
· Track deal progress and follow up on outstanding items
Client & Lender Communication:
· Act as a point of contact for clients
· Liaise with lenders and stakeholders
· Gather documentation and ensure compliance
Documentation & Compliance:
· Prepare documentation packs
· Ensure paperwork is accurate and compliant
· Maintain organised records
Solar Design Support (Full Training Provided):
· Produce simple solar PV layouts using internal tools
