Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) šµļøāļø
ā Process customer orders like a pro
ā Keep clients happy with top-notch service
ā Organise stock deliveries and sort out any hiccups
ā Input orders into Sage and keep everything accurate
ā Arrange dispatch and freight like a logistics wizard
ā Update pricing and maintain records
ā Help with compliance and audits (BRCGS standards)
ā Be the go-to person for all things admin
What We're Looking For š
šļø Admin or sales support experience (bonus if you know manufacturing)
š¬ Great communication skills - phone and email superstar
š„ļø IT savvy (Sage experience = extra brownie points)
š Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership
