About the Company

Our client is a long-established, award-winning wholesale distributor supplying trade customers across the UK. With decades of success behind them, they have built an outstanding reputation for customer service, product quality and long-term partnerships.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their sales team with an ambitious and target-driven Sales Account Manager.

The Opportunity

This is a proactive account management role where you'll manage an established portfolio of trade customers while identifying opportunities to grow sales and increase revenue.

You'll be responsible for:

βœ” Managing and developing existing customer accounts
βœ” Proactively contacting customers to generate orders
βœ” Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
βœ” Re-engaging dormant accounts
βœ” Building long-term customer relationships
βœ” Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets

This is not a passive account management role. Success comes from picking up the phone, creating opportunities and driving revenue growth.

B2B sales experience

Wholesale or distribution sector experience
